York Fitness 9200 Expandable Bench

The York Fitness 9200 Expandable Barbell Bench is a great way to step up your home strength training.

Designed and manufactured in our Canadian Factory this stylish bench can accommodate both standard 1″ bars and weight plates or you can step up your game to an Olympic Bar and Plates.

The barbell rack expands from 91.4 cm to 116.8 cm to accommodate the different bars. This is a great way to expand your training without having to invest in a new bench.

The barbell rack is height adjustable to find the perfect position. The seat pad can be used in the flat position to train on bench presses or in the various incline settings to train the shoulder.

The leg curl unit can be loaded with standard 1″ weight plates to train your lower body.

A “Curl Mate” pad is included with the bench for dumbbell work.
