The York Fitness EZ Curl Bar with Spin Lock Collars features a standard diameter of 25mm (1") and can be held in a very comfortable position, as it is strategically bent. The bar incorporates chrome-plated solid steel construction and has zigzag grips allowing the athletes to keep their wrists in a more natural position.
